Dulux comes with a 10-year warranty and Industrial Roofing comes with a 12-year warranty for complete peace of mind. Both products can be used on metal or tiled roof surfaces (including corrugated metal roof, colorbond metal roof, concrete tiled roof, or another type of tiled roof eg terracotta). AcraTex offers a great finish that lasts longer and is fully backed by Dulux.

Our Roof Painting Services Include:
- Australia has some of the highest usually radiation levels in the world, that’s why we need to use only the very best elastomeric coatings made thick and durable right here in Australia to handle our harsh Australian climate.
- Cleaning: High Pressure Water Cleaning: Use a Using a high power pressure washer to remove. We use a high-pressure washer to remove all dirt, grime, mould and cobwebs from roof, paving, tiles, walls to enable a perfect finish and long lasting. We’re aiming to strip away as much of the old coating as possible and certainly all of the black mold grime and I’ll loose faded and oxidized coating that’s accumulated over the years. We will clean out all the gutters and down pipes by the way if you have a rainwater tank we will disconnect that before we do the roof cleaning and then reconnect it afterwards.
- Minor Preparation (Re-pointing, Re-bedding, Replacing Broken tiles, fixing leaks): When it comes to flexible pointing we only use the very highest quality flexible pointing which has been made to an exacting formula to handle our extreme weather conditionse. Our products move with the heat and the cool it doesn’t crack and fall out like the old concrete pointing used to in the old days.
NOTE: The package deal included only minor repairs if your roof needs major repairs, additional costs will be charged according to the condition of the roof.
- Apply Primers and Sealers: We use penetrating sealer to the roof which is designed to absorb deep into the tiles on both strengthen and seal the tiles as well as acting as a gripper for the topcoat. The sealer coat also provides the important link that binds the coating to the tiles so they don’t peel later.
- Apply Topcoats: After the sealer the first of two top coats goes on these colored membrane coating are really thick in fact they’re about three thicker than a normal house paint. All these coloured membrane coatings contain UV stabilizers and mold inhibitors built right into the coatings, this helps protect your roof from the inside out
- After the roof is completed we will clean the gutters out, remove all the rubish and finally before any money changes hands there’s a final inspection so that we can be sure we’re happy with the quality and you’re also happy as the client.
